What is Micro-credentials?
Micro-credentials are small units of learning that are mostly recognized and can be collected and used by a student to obtain an academic qualification. There are two types of Micro-credentials:

Micro-credential stand-alone
Who is eligible to pursue Micro-credentials?
Open and not subject to any academic qualification requirements
What is the difference between micro-credentials and a traditional degree?
Micro-credentials are implemented in the form of module fractions that are smaller in size compared to Traditional Degrees. The duration of learning for each Micro-credentials is also shorter than Traditional Degrees
